Hi,

My name is Alan Resmondo and I have spent the last couple of weeks reading 
through the archives and enjoying the old discussions.

I have almost all of the TFT materials, excepting only Forest Lords and the 
Codex.

I played from 1980 to 1989, both as a player and often as GM.

I made only slight changes to the combat rules....  mostly concerning 
encumbrance.  ie. I ignored encumbrance until it was obvious someone was 
overloaded.

Looking through the changes others have made, I would have to call my old 
group "TFT Classic".

As to the various spells and the "home rules", I will have to dig out my old 
notes.

Control Swarm comes to mind, for ratpacks, wasps, pirahnakeets, pirahnafrogs 
etc.
