I vaguely recall a rule somewhere in AW or GURPS Magic (or Codex or 
Interplay or who knows where), but: is it possible to construct concentric 
pentagrams, one inside the other? If so, this could multiply the effect, 
and/or allow one to be repaired while the other remains up.
