One easy way to fix this would be to assign a each weapon a modifier to the
HTH bonus and allow the figure to choose *either* the fixed damage of the
weapon or the ST based damage. I'd make this modifier pretty simple. For
instance, one handed swords +3, two handed swords +4, etc.
