I have Gurps HiTech, but I wanted a skirmish game for 28mm around 30 figures
a side with generic stats however also I will later adopt it so that you can
have individual stats for characters for about 10 figures a side at squad
level using 1/35th (54mm) tamyia plastic stuff.

The rules will be in the next email when Ive plugged my pen drive in!!

I'd be interested in seeing these. Have you looked at the GURPS High-Tech 
and/or WW2 books at all? They have some useful material. Actually using 
GURPS for high-tech combat and getting it right can be somewhat daunting, 
though.

Are you doing this for miniatures skirmish games, RPG, or both?
