(TFT) Easy Combat record sheets?

What type of system do you use to keep track of combat records 
during a fight? 
I need to come up with something that will make it easy for me to 
keep up with 4-8 PC's stats when brought up against various npc's.

Using the character sheets just gives me too much information to 
delve through. since I am handling the combat phase on my own and 
I really dont want to reinvent the wheel I would like to find out 
what others use.
