In one of my previous messages, after the one you quoted, I mentioned
going back and looking an Melee, which allowed HTH either as movement or
as an action which IIRC could include a HTH attack too. AM's lack of
clarity kinds of leaves it up for players to choose which methods they
want to allow. Allowing both is ok I think, as there are different
tactical reasons for a figure to choose to attempt HTH either way.
