We allowed each figure to choose their own new facing when they moved on a
retreat. You can force them to move, but not force which way they face. If
that causes a pain for the computer version, just have them retain their
facing, but this will cause a gameplay change since you may be able to
force them to engage someone (or to disengage) instead of being able to
choose whom to face.
