(TFT) Twisting and HTH

The various house rules for facing change all seem reasonable and retain
the importance of tactics in the game.  They don't, however, eliminate
the possibility of doing a run-around to initiate HTH during the
movement phase, as the twist happens too late.  I may be leaning towards
only allowing HTH to be initiated as an action.
Now as for the question of whether the initiator gets to attack in the
same action... how do y'all handle this?
