If this is a reference to my (among others) postings then I apologise for any offence caused.

I noticed a post by D.M.G. refering to how some members read the list in a "digest" format.
I try to be aware of this.

Often I go quite some time with out checking my e-mail.
I reference the section that I am addressing so that it is available in the same post.
If this is offending then I will attempt to address the issue.

I am unaware of a formal system for Posts on this List.

Perhaps this should be opened/re-opened as a topic?
