Sorry, but the list does not do attachments.  I strip them all out to
prevent the spreading of viruses and trojans.  I also strip all HTML
from the submissions so that people using text based mail programs (like
I do when I'm on the road sometimes) can read the message without having
to parse HTML on the fly.

The best way to do a table on a mailing list is to use the plain text
mode of your mail program.  The fixed-size font will help get everything
lined up.
