What's important is an analysis of the various cartridges and the "damage" they can do.

I have this info on over 1400 different rounds.
Applying 100ft lbs. per 1 pt damage to the Energy I can pick the appropriate round for the distance of the shot I intend to take, close for a suicide mission, malvo far to attempt an escape (Trajectories).
The only part that requires "programming" here is the description of how many "emergency" personal can respond in x-segments of time, which is largely a map dependant question.

I choose here NOT to get more detailed because I'm trying to point out the power involved in these things when taken seriously.
I choose to focus on Fox because of the seditious and treasonous propaganda what they have chosen to spout.
