I think the assumption here was weight equals slowness.
What was ignored was that a point on the rim of a record compleates the same 
RPM's as a point near the center lable by covering the longer distance 
faster; thus length can magnify speed. From the view point of a motor 
driving a weight along an armature we have a good idea of min-ST needed to 
drive, or power, a weapon.

diffrence twixt ST 9 and ST 10.
