(TFT) Scoop/throw

	Thanks all! I have to agree with y'alls  interpretation. In summary:
	Move, ready 2 weapons, throw 2 weapons is maybe not what the 
rules intended but I think legal. Scooping up 2 weapons and then do 
the above is not; best a character could do is move and scoop up 2 
weapons but take no action. Then on the next turn they'd both be 
ready and could both be thrown.
	No cinematic scoop/n/fling attacks for me...
