I let a wizard set up "spells" along the principals of electronic circuits.
This lets a Wizard have finer control over a spell usually in a number of
different ways involving more of less of one or more statistics.
Dialing back a Flame spell to light a stoogie is a good example.
A Figure with low DX is likely to dial back further on the ST/resistance
than a Figure with a high DX who might choose to use a hotter but better
controlled jet of flame like some cigar lighters.
Point that thing wrong and you have worse problems than with a bic type
flame.
