Okay, how old and "Talented" are these Figures compared to the norm?

I'd argue this is "high school" elite at best for these Figures (which may
make sense with a "Death Test" to begin with).
I suppose that's just "my way" of counting it, I'm not trying to inflict,
rather communicate.
I don't want to "TELL" you how to set up your play worlds, rather I want to
establish some kind of standard that we can use as a "spring-board" so to
speak.
Ergo the history stuff as a starting point, much less Earth.
