Hello: Im writing you to tell you I have solved the Difficulty for
non-gmail users, and also info for gmail users.


go to:
docs.google.com
on the top right of the screen you will see a red box that says:
SIGN UP.

click that.
then click your email provider name. Use other for sbcglobal.net for
example, or click the yahoo or aol banner.

then you will log on through your email provider and enter a password for
your new google doc account.
you will eventually log on to google docs.

in google docs click the TFT folder. The documents can now be, and should
be copied to a new name.

The way you make a copy is to OPEN the document and under the google doc
screen menu (not the windows document menu)
you will see a line that that says "make a copy". this copies it to your

MY LATEST version has the word LATEST in the title of the document.
Again: makes sure you copy it.
