A couple more Environmental Spells.



Hi all,
  A couple more environmental spells for TFT.  If you are not

IQ 14
E Barriers: Strengthen
Any sort of teleporting, extra planar travel, or creating a portal 
to a different realm becomes much more difficult.  This includes 
insubstantiality, astral projection, gates, invoking demons, and spirt 
based vision quests.  Psionic abilities are not affected except for 
the planesman related abilities.
Note that the summon creations (e.g. Summon Wolf), bring in
a real animal from a shadow plane, and thus are affected by this 
spell, tho Images, Illusions, and Phantasmals are not.
Beings that are not fully of this plane, which attempt to cast 
spells on beings on this plane must pay triple cost to do so.
Attempts to move thru, invoke or summon beings thru, create
a gate, teleport, go insubstantial or ethereal are far more difficult.
Triple the cost for these spells.  If the spell gives a long duration, 
(more than two turns), reduce its duration to 1/3 (round down).  
Figures that wish to go insubstantial will take three times longer to 
do so, and three times longer to go from insubstantial form to 
normal solid form.
If this spell and an Invocation Node overlap, this spell will 
destroy the Invocation Node.
This spell will cover an area of 5 Mh (with the wizard's own
Mh counting as range zero).  The affect will last for 1 minute, but if
the casting cost is increased by 5 times, it will last one day.
Cost: 4 fST or 20 fST.

Halve the cost (round up) for these spells.  If the spell gives a duration, 
double its duration.  Figures that wish to go insubstantial or back to 
solidity will take half as long (round down) to do so.
If this spell and Invocation Node overlap, this spell will absorb
the Invocation node, so Invocations will cost 30% of normal (round
up).
This spell will cover an area of 5 Mh (with the wizard's own
Mh counting as range zero).  The affect will last for 1 minute, but if
the casting cost is increased by 5 times, it will last one day.
Cost: 10 fST or 50 fST.
