It's interesting that they thought that Enchant Weapon would be an IQ 19 spell.
Most of these don't seem like they'd be either worth the trouble to learn or require the indicated IQ levels to use. For IQ 19, I want something pretty darn impressive, considering that you can throw Lightning Bolts at a lot lower IQ level! ;-)

Yeah, I remember reading them back in the day. I don't recall being impressed. We never used any of them.
What I can't recall is whether we thought they were just meh or whether we thought they were too expensive, too.
