Hi all,
  Steve Jackson says:

— That ALL the UC talents can only work with no armor or cloth armor.
— The defensive abilities for UC iv and UC v only work if you are totally 
disarmed.

  I will use these changes in my campaign, so all of you with UC iv or UC v 
should take note.
