According to SJGs the last download was the complete file set for the game. And it is too..."complete" that is. If they "update" or change any more rules, I think it will be via future kickstarters and/or adventures (one is supposed to be published sometime this month, and one per month thereafter until the game is delivered next year). From what Steve and others have said, it's finalized and off to the printers for this iteration.
