Non-Geographic Teleport Wand.
No creation stats yet, thinking it should be expensive and hard to make .
When the wand is created it is set to a single person, when another person uses it they teleport to that person, wherever they may be. The set person must willingly take part in the wands creation, but they do not need to be a wizard. The wand is a single use item. Only a single person using the wand is teleported. Costs 5 ST to activate. The person using the wand cannot teleport someone else, only themselves.
