Hi Ed, So the wand is enchanted to a target person, (the ’target’). The possessor of the wand, can touch themselves with it, & the possessor instantly teleports beside the target, right? Cost is 5 fatigue ST. *** A long distance teleport item is a $50,000, F type magic item, cost to use is 20 fatigue ST. This is less useful than a normal teleport item, so it should cost less. If the wand falls into the wrong hands, someone unpleasant could teleport to you, at any time day or night, so being set as the target is obviously very risky, but the target person has to agree and be there while the enchantment is being made, so presumably they are ok with it. The cost is 1/4 that of the regular item, so that would bump the price. However, the item is more useful in one respect, it tracks the target figure. That is cool, and unique, which would demand a higher price. It is one use, so that would make it cheaper. (5 times cheaper? 10 times cheaper?) If you want to make it work multiple times, I don’t see that being a big problem. It would be more expensive of course. An interesting twist of a multiple use wand is that it teleports the user, but the wand stays still! (Maybe that could be a flawed item that was not created correctly.) Such a flawed item would likely have a recharge time of several minutes to hours. Sounds like a fun item! Good work! Warm regards, Rick.
