Exactly correct. It should be required reading for anyone who has
read Tolkien. I remember loaning it to someone who was _enraged_ by it.
I din't understand the resonse, but I found out that a few years later
he was committed to a mental hospital for trying to run someone through
with his sword. That was a dozen years ago, never heard about him after
that.
