Actually I think it is. Generally it seems to promote better teamwork. A
specialist can be VERY good - but only at one thing. A generalist can know
alot of things (even with normal IQ), but not be near as good as a
specialist. This makes specialist...uh...special, but it means they need to
be part of a group. While generalists are more well-rounded.
This seems to be the best roleplaying combination and it also duplicates
"group" adventure fiction and movies quite well, IMHO.
