(TFT) Mack on experience

Mack's idea on experience goes like this,

If there was any critique of this system it would be in keeping account of
the creatures the characters killed but this is very minor (unless you lose
the piece of scrap paper the account is on).
Otherwise, this solution to experience pronlem is simple and excellent.

What is 4xIQ?  1/8?  1/2? or what is 1-2xp????
