Hi Ty,
	Just one extra thought.  I think that syaing
that a -12 is impossible is not good terminology.  
Some PC with a 13 DX (not unknown in my campaign)
would have a 1/20 chance of hitting.  Someone with
a 14 would have 2/20 chance, etc.

	If you must use the word "impossible" I suggest
reserving it for -20 DX or higher modifiers.
