Re: (TFT) do any of you guys TFT online?

Skype will let you share what's on your screen in a video call, so if you
can handle your maps/drawings that way, it would work without a web camera,
but also supports web cams. All parties would have to have microphones to at
least speak (whine!), but keyboard chat is also part of Skype.

I think the interaction on the (shared?) map is probably very important
(moving pieces around). Skype doesn't provide support for that (it's a
one-way share of the screen).

Cyberboard isn't real-time interaction, as far as I know, so I'm not sure it
would be that useful with Skype (it's more for play-by-email, as far as I
recall).

There is a Melee/Wizard module for Vassal (which does allow real-time
interaction on a shared map through a server provided by Vassal), but I
never tried it with multiple players (I did some work on a Death Test 1
extension for solo play). The only map included in it is the basic Melee
arena map. I've posted before about it, and the link is here:
http://www.vassalengine.org/wiki/Module:Melee_/_Wizard

The turn counter works well for Melee/Wizard, and the counters are there. It
takes some getting used to, of course.
