(TFT) TFT: Too Many Digests

Yep, there are still too many digests generated, at one digest per list
message. Obviously the fiendish work of Tollenkar (and I thought I killed
him . . . twice!)
Dan writes . . .

I wouldn't give an experience bonus (I fear everyone and their
grandmother signing up to be guild wizards) but you're on to something here.
I suggest instead cutting the time required for all magic related tasks
(except spellcasting) by 10%.
Of course this could be extended to apply to all other types of guild
memberships. Now characters would have a decent reason to join a guild.
(In all my years of playing TFT I have /never/ seen any character join a
guild.) This could give GMs an extra hook into characters for getting
interesting encounters and adventures going.
