Don't hold your breath. From what I understand, there is no price that he has in mind, and is not prone to give much thought to it. If an offer is made with a check attatched for $x000, he may or may not accept it, and that's the way it is.
Well, if HT is only looking for a check attached to an offer, and he isn't stating where to begin, start low.
How about $5000. Then when he rejects that, $10000. Keep increasing it until we know what he will take. And just because its offered, doesn't mean the check will clear (hows that for ruining the relatinship.)
