the two Daves that you then proceed to quote, beginning

Please note that the Daves are talking about Diablo, an
on-line game with no real GM or moderator, and ways to
deal with the "PK" phenomenon peculiar to on-line CRPG's.
I can't imagine they intend any of their theories to have
application to a moderated game like TFT. (And as far as
diablo-type games go, I think the ideas they were tossing
around were very interesting...) Just trying to prevent
any misunderstandings.
