(TFT) hero/wizard balance

Rick, taking the rules as is in campaigns I ran and also one I played I
found the wixards seemed to have an advantage in longevity over heroes, so I
tend to look slightly more at hero extending stuff than wizardly (though not
to the extent of the Cavalier class/double specialization disaster of
Unearthed Arcana infamy...:)
