	Hi Dan, everyone.

	Wouldn't your method give the 
exactly same results as method 2?
(Except in method 2 the lower attribute
figure is trying to roll much lower 
than the higher figure, and in your
method the lower figure is trying to
roll much higher than the higher
attribute figure.)

	Having said that you method is
easier to calculate (requires 2 3d6
rolls, and two additions then compare
the results) as apposed to two 3d6
rolls, two subtractions and compare
the results.  On the other hand, it
does not fit into the TFT meta-rules
as well as method 2.

	The problem is that tho with
3d6, you get a range of 15 possible
results, you get a normal range
of only 5 or 6.  Ty, you can perk up
your ears, this is another argument
for TFT 1d20.
