(TFT) how to be a GM?

All,
  Found this write up on how to be a GM.  It's fairly generic, and written 
for new commers more than for the greatly experienced, but I found myself in 
agreement with all his points.  That is to say, I have had similar 
experiences.  It's about a page and a half, written in 2000.
