(TFT) Bad and Stupid 2

Bad and Stupid 2

Brigand of the Bay
A giant who has a very dim light for a mind. Most of the time he hides it in a sea side cave. But for two nights every month he brings it out for all to see. Lisker has a large pearl that he can use to shapeshift into a Kraken. Instead of having it fixed to a ring or anything he just eats it. Once a month, he raids the bay of this one particular shipping town. Two days latter in his shoreline cave he has to dig it out of his own droppings. A real genius this giant is. Now he has been doing this for years. Even though there have been no ships in the harbor for quite a while. See the occupants of the city figured out his timing after the second raid. The kraken always comes for the same two nights every month. It always happens during the full moon. Since the word has spread and the ships all know to stay away at that time. But he's become a bit of a tourist draw. People will come into town and rent rooms. They line the shores of the bay, and there are people selling food and trinkets. Lisker will bellow and roar, do belly flops, and tear up the few ship wrecks still in the harbor. He's something of a ham. And even though there is no longer any cargo to pillage from sunken ships, he still comes. If any adventurers show up and attack the kraken, the towns people will grow quite angry an chase them off.
