(TFT) Mongol Compound Bow?

Hi All !

I was reading the posts from 2002 about how TFT makes bows too weak and 
crossbows too strong.  It was an intersting dicussion.  There were a fair 
number of references to the English longbow and its devastating power 
(espcially at the battle of Agincourt).

I was just curious: how would the Mongol compound bow fit into TFT?  
Specifially, I was wondering how it might fit into Rick Smith's new list of 
ranged weapons?  From what I saw on TV and heard, the Mongol bow had an 
amazing range and impressive power.
