(TFT) Order of Attack

I'm not sure if this has been brought up before , but...

Has the possibility of using some kind of MA being used for the order of
attack instead of DX.  I recently encountered a situation in a personal
project where I needed a mage that was physically weak, had a high chance to
hit, but was slow to attack.

Any thoughts?
