This odd text was found with a partially burnt cover in an old abandoned lab complex by some adventurers. They sold it to the Scholars guild as a curiosity for $40. The original Author did not sign is work and the Eternal Lord to which he refers does not show up in an any of the records.

I have classified it as fiction and sent it down to the vault for storage. Obviously it is just a poorly formated tall tale with no sense of drama or suspense. I mean captive dragons, really now. Even my children wouldn't believe such tripe.
