Another additional point, related to the first. The defender is disarmed,
which means he drops the shield/weapon in the hex where he was attacked in
HTH. If that same defender successfully disengages from HTH, he really can't
re-arm the same weapon/shield until somehow he forces the attacker out of
the original hex where he dropped it.

So, reading this, I am thinking it's time I start working with my simulator
again, to look at the true impact when one player always attempt HTH with a
readied dagger.

It'll take me some time to model the combat, but I'm curious to see how much
HTH really skews the outcome. I will let you all know how this goes...
