This looks very cool David! Thanks for sharing. It reminds me of a few times we took breaks from our TFT campaigns to do arena scenarios. I remember on winning 36-point design was:

Dwarf
ST 15 
DX 12
IQ 9
Talents: Ax/Mace, Crossbow, Shield, Missile Weapons
Equipment: Heavy Crossbow, Battleaxe, Dagger

The opening barrage of 3d bolts at DX 15 was pretty brutal, followed up with a bunch of 3d+1 axes at DX 12...
