I did a search of my PDFs for ITL, AM, AW, etc. and I wasn't able to find
anything directly related to your question. All the text regarding actions
that I could find is treating potions like a gas bomb.
Maybe quaffing was overlooke and has to be house rule?
However, in my Death Test, there is mention of a potion that you find (see
15) and what you can do with it. It says you can drink it any time you're
NOT in combat.
