Marks quotes are correct. However, I disagree. Staff, Exploding Gem, 
and Blast Trap don't require anything other than their item in order to 
be created. Weapon/Armor enchantment requires those weekly ingredients 
in addition to the weapon or armor itself. That is why I require the 
use of a lab. I guess I'm more of a page 8 kind of guy. It also keeps 
the PCs from going gaga with manufacture.
