Oh absolutely Neal. In my rules the miniature figures all have a height score and once you are higher than that they can not attack. We are talking about figures that are still within reach of each other. What pluses or minuses does a figure get that's swinging down at a foe one step higher, two steps higher, waist higher, standing right next to someone's head, etc.? Any higher than that would put you into pole weapon, thrown or missile range.Or does it matter? Should it be a flat +2 higher/-2 lower or something more detailed and tactical?David O.
