After you've seen it and processed it THEN what's your Action?
Do you have muscel memory for this Action?
How fast can your opponet see?
Can he see and react to your reaction?
Isn't it weird that the average starting human stat is 12?
I used to think that it was 32/3=10.6 but no; it's 8+9+10+11+12+13+14+15+15/9=12.
