The title is a bit misleading but its a good eye catcher. :D
Im playing in a mongoose traveller game. Im posting here because of
the raw
brain power available. Plus its the sort of thing I might see
debated here.
I missed my Zero-g roll to flip over a banister and push myself down
to the
ground. I was on the floor above a cargo bay.
According to the traveller rules, a person takes 1d per 2 meteres
fallen. This
assumes a normal accelleration in earths gravity.
If I was in Zero-g or microgravity, How much damage would I have
taken from
flipping over the banister and assume a normal str 9 push (2d
stats), how much
damage would I have taken. Oh, yes, and ignore the armor factors.
Cheers, and nice to see you all,
Regards, Joel
PS: I got to play tft at a local relaxacon in Laurel MD, on sept 3&4
this year.

CHris,
I'm fine with whatever Dan decides on other linking. Mostly, I put
it on my site
so people on this list could get at it without having to go through
Dan.

Quoting Chris Nicole <chris_nicole@operamail.com>:
Dan,
Thank you for creating this, it looks a great addition to the game.
If I were to tinker with it I would be tempted to randomise the
Treasures to
include more useable (or not) equipment, weapons and or armour... :o)
Neil, Thank you for hosting Dan's creation.
Would either of you mind if I post a link to the files (on Neil's
site) on my
TFT Codex website ?
Regards,
Chris

Hello All,
Back in the day, I had great fun with the original Death Test
programmed
adventure. But as I played it more, I learned more about it. And
I was
able
to use this advance knowledge to the benefit of the party
travelling through
the maze. >
I've always wanted to address this. I've finally done it and the
result is
Death Test 2010. It features:
1) A random floorplan,
2) Randomized Room Encounters
3) Randomized Actions within the rooms themselves. >
It also features a modular design - it is now ridiculously easy to
add
your own rooms or change the encounter logic within an individual
room. >
If you would like a copy of this playtest version, please let me
know
where I can send a zipped file ( about 14M ). >
Happy Halloween!
Dan
