Based on some facts I found on the web, Dark City Games bought the
trademark to The Fantasy Trip when it lapsed...
I remember reading that somewhere before, but anyway, thanks to the
wonders of the internets, you can verify this. There's a database for
trademarks at http://www.uspto.gov/ - here's what comes up if you
search for FANTASY TRIP:
