I allow physickers to heal up to 2 points from each wound rather than
from the characters total hits lost.
It still takes five minutes to heal each wound and the physicker can
choose which wounds to treat first.
I might also require a talent check against the Physickers IQ or Dex
with possibilities of increased healing or inflicting more harm.
Depends on circumstances.
