Re: (TFT) Generic Weapon Table
By crossbows I meant weapons that fire less than once a turn. Or more, for
that matter.
The problem with making a special ability like polearm cost a fixed number
of steps is that for a character with ST 10 one step is a big deal, whereas
at ST 15 it's small change. So the special weapons will be a better deal at
high ST than at low. Or make that's what you want, I don't know.
I'm a little surprised short sword is slashing. What is the
impale-slash-crush distinction about, anyway? Why would I want my character
to use one rather than the other?
I think a short introduction might help.
