Or, you could consider the "tone" of the response I received from the other
 individual, and then re-read your response (which followed) and see why I 
might feel like there was a certain amount of piling on going on; but no, t
hat would require some time and introspection, and we don't actually do tha
t stuff any more, so never mind.  And I'm not angry, merely feeling li
ke a friendly suggestion to help out the wider audience was...very unwelcom
e.  Given that response, I'd say not commenting on anything from here 
on out would be the most pleasant way to handle this for everyone's sake, w
ouldn't you?  I wouldn't want to ruffle any more feathers.

My point was I was fed up with proprietary formats and would 
continue to use open formats from now on.  

Saying so hardly constitutes an attack on you. 

I could angrily say that I won't read or comment on any of your 
new rules, and creatures and new spells and new talents, but 
I won't.
