That last "sorry" could be misconstrued.  What I meant was; "sorry for
 starting up a tempest in a teapot over nothing." 

It occurs to me that e-mails, by definition, often sound snarkier than they
 are meant to.  So please don't read anything into my apology other th
an a genuine desire to express regret!
