The info I have differs a little.  When Metagaming went belly up,
Gamelords released the 3rd and 4th modules in the series as generic
adventures.  I "Think" I still have copies.  I'll dig 'em up tonite. 
FWIW, Gamlords wonderful series of adventures for their Thieves Guild
system make great TFT adventures.
